How are calls and SMS billed?
Calling, SMS and MMS run through your own 46elks account that you connect to Leadsfinder. 46elks bills that usage directly to you at cost — it isn't part of your subscription and carries no markup.
Is this GDPR-compliant?
Yes. B2B outreach runs on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)); the registry's marketing block and your own do-not-contact list are enforced on every send, and objection and erasure are handled. See the privacy policy for the full basis.
What does it take to start, and can I cancel?
A 14-day free trial, no card. Paid plans are billed via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime in the customer portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
What's the difference between Team and Business?
Team suits smaller teams that email — 1 admin and up to 5 users with around 300 unlocks a month, email and AI templates. Business adds calls, SMS/MMS, AI recommendations, your own AI key and more headroom — 5 admins and up to 20 users with around 2,000 unlocks. Enterprise is a custom quote with tailored seats, API and an SLA.
